It's time to announce the results !

Before that, I just have something to say and I hope you will read

I had so much difficulties to choose three winners because I was in hesitation to choose between beauty and concept. There are some wonderful pieces that are not in the winners selection and maybe you can be surprised... but I finally choose the conception and idea behind the picture and what can answer to the question

"Why to protect and save the Nature?"

I choose pictures that show this thing in the best way for me and under each winner, I will explain in what they answer so well to this question...

The Anti-Cliche ChallengeDo you see the same stock being used over and over? Do you find that you do the same theme and technique over and over?
No matter how you see a cliche (with the same stock, or continuous style), in the long run, such images can become trite from being overly used. Not that it's a bad thing to have your own particular "style" because it does make it easy to identify your deviations. Still some photomanipulators do change their style and technique now and then to give their gallery a fresh look.
For me, the stock below are examples of stock that have been overly used. Editing or using them in a completely different way would "break" the cliche.

What would you do in an Anti-Cliche deviation?
Would you take overly used theme stock and place them in a different environment and edit them to look completely different?

I am very excited to announce our first contest. There will be some great prizes for the winners; the contest rules will be minimal. Please, do adhere to them, or your submission (s) will not be considered.
The contest theme will be: DREAMS
It can be anything from your darkest nightmares, to your sweetest dreams.
The RULES:
1) There can not be any exaggerated nudity. Please, keep it tasteful.
2) Try to keep the gore to a reasonable level; nothing overly graphic will be considered.
3) You may submit a limit of 5 works - But you can only win once!

"In My Room" ChallengeNEWS
It was exciting to see so many newbie members participate in the last challenge. Let's do it again, shall we?
So here's an early thank you to everyone for siting down in front of their computers and laptops to create a spectacular entry for this current challenge.

Our New Challenge
Our new challenge is called "In My Room" and it features the stock by ~anastasiya-landa, ~deathbycanon-stock, *semper-iuvenis, ~IQuitCountingStock, and ~Tonya-TJPhotography.

For this challenge, you're to create a room for a male or female child. Make sure that the environment you create matches the child's personality (as you can tell by their facial expressions and what they are wearing) and the additional objects that may come with the model stock.

The theme for the contest is "Wings of Love". I've thought really hard about this, and I'm allowing you to make a darker piece for the contest. I figure love can be dark and light too. However, I don't want the pieces TOO dark. I don't want to see someone killing someone or any "real" bloody hearts.

As we haven't had one of those in a while (okay, understatement of the year), I thought we'd do a special this time. Normally, I give you 8 images and you have to use at least 2 - today, I'm going to give you 10 images and you have to use at least 3 (differenent ones, not three fire images)! And not just any stock images - these are the ones I used for my latest image Dragonsbane.
Your task is to create an image using as many of the same stock as you can, preferably with your outcome different from mine - before you say anything: I'm well aware that with the same stocks you can only do so much. If you like you can even try to do the same image (a little credit for the idea would be nice though), it is up to you. First of all, I wanted to remember you that I selected the winning works for the representation of a CONTRAST between a character and his environment, not for your skills to draw or photomanipulate. So, please, don't feel offended if your beautiful work hadn't be choosen . I tried to select the more creative works in my mind.
